Dr. Paul Mason is a Sport & Exercise Medicine physician specialist who earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Sydney, in addition to degrees in Physiotherapy and Occupational Health. Currently, he is a Specialist Registrar in the Australasian College of Sports and Exercise Medicine.

Dr. Mason has expertise in the latest science surrounding nutrition and weight loss. He helps his patients achieve their weight loss goals through a low carbohydrate/ketogenic diet approach.

Ivor Cummins is a Biochemical Engineer who has spent over three decades in corporate technical leadership positions, where he specializes in leading large worldwide teams in complex problem-solving.

He is the host of The Fat Emperor podcast. Since 2012, he has put extensive time into researching the root causes of modern chronic disease, with a particular focus on cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. He speaks at engagements around the world to share key nutritional and lifestyle interventions to improve health and productivity.

He has also co-authored a book in 2018 with preventative medicine expert Jeffry Gerber MD, FAAP called “Eat Rich, Live Long”, which presents their joint research

About Dr. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng, MD
Dr. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng cares for the sickest of the sick in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Ottawa Hospital.  His research focuses on making the ICU more efficient and improving access to palliative care services.  To achieve this, he founded the Resource Optimization Network, a multidisciplinary research group working to reduce health spending in this area without compromising care.  Dr. K, as he is fondly called, is a leading contributor helping the department to achieve its vision of shaping the future of Medicine.
