About us
We’re a group of physicians, researchers, psychologists, and wellness experts that have come together to provide unique and curated health and wellness content to help healthcare providers across the country improve their health and achieve greater well-being. We’ve collaborated to combine our training in various fields of expertise to create a dynamic online community.
We’re passionate about helping you work at making positive changes to feel better in all aspects of your life.
Our group has expertise spanning a wide range of fields including medicine, psychology, mindfulness, yoga, epidemiology, and public and population health. We’re collaborating with experts in nutrition, exercise physiology, sleep science, relationships, and more to bring you a multifaceted hub to help you optimize your well-being.
Our vision
Solving Wellness aims to enhance the well-being of healthcare providers across the country by creating an online platform to improve health and wellness. We believe that you can experience improved mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health with access to the right tools and resources and a supportive community. That’s why we’re offering expert-curated educational content, wellness tools and resources that you can begin to incorporate into your daily life.
As a member, you’ll have access to facilitated online peer support networks to help you foster new connections and discussion, and join in a supportive community to help you stay accountable and take control of your health and well-being.
